Buckham Fair Volunteers
We couldn’t run Buckham Fair without the help of our volunteers, who help with the event set up, the run of the event activities on the day, and the event breakdown afterwards.

We are always thankful for so many wonderful individuals and organisations who work tirelessly to ensure that the Fair runs smoothly and is a great success for all involved.
All volunteers who wish to be involved in Buckham Fair will report to our Buckham Fair Volunteer Coordinator, Evelyne O’Hare and her team.
This means that anyone who is not registered with Evelyne will unfortunately not be able to assist with any parts of the running of the event – either in the lead-up, during or after the event.
Because there are numerous areas throughout the event that require coordinated volunteer work, and to ensure that all our volunteers have enough time for breaks and a chance to enjoy the event themselves, duties as a volunteer will be allocated by Evelyne according to her planned schedule.
Note: Not all volunteers will be required for the day of Buckham Fair, and we may only require your assistance in the lead-up to the event or the breakdown afterwards. Volunteer space is limited.
